Located in the original Plano Ice House, which originally opened in 1917,
Urban Rio will bring cuisine from all around the Rio Grand Valley, created
by Executive Chef/General Manager Ryan Olmos.

On the Rocks!
On the Rocks is located on the second floor of the Ice
House in Plano – originally
established in 1917! From
the frozen tequila taps (at -5 degrees),
the ice tong light
fixtures, and the ice tools mounted throughout – the old ice
house is brought
back to life almost one hundred years later as a gathering place for Plano and its
surrounding communities! The second floor cantina features a fabulous
"sun-setting" patio for all to enjoy.
Bring your friends and family, watch the trains pull into old Downtown Plano, and
enjoy a signature margarita - frozen or “on the rocks”! In Texas, Ice Houses are
